June 19th, 2008 "I am writing you to express my extreme satisfaction with my recent purchase of a new Corvette. I had the pleasure of having PJ Langlois handle the transaction and I could not be happier. My initial contact was through the internet at a time when I was extremely busy at work. PJ had extreme patience and made every effort to provide me with the proper information and handle all of my requests. I had been shopping two other German brands and had initiated contact the same way. My experience with the other dealers paled in comparison. When I finally went for a test drive it was PJ’s day off. He had no problem coming in on his day off to make sure that I was taken care of and never rushed through his presentation. I was also impressed when he pulled up in his own Corvette. It showed that he truly believes in the product he sells. His product knowledge on both the Corvette as well as his competition proved to be the best as well. The other salespeople were relying on brand recognition to close the deal and knew little about what made their car superior. On the other hand, PJ knew every specification and technical features that made his car superior. I have had the car for about two weeks now and PJ has contacted me twice to follow up. PJ should be commended for his excellent service, tremendous personal skills as well as his trustworthy approach to selling. These qualities cannot be learned through any sales course. To put things in perspective, I have been a die hard Mustang fan since I was 11 years old. I have a 1968 Fastback in my garage. Purchasing a Corvette was something I never thought I would do. This was not an easy sale for PJ and he should be commended for that. I can honestly say that my purchase of a new Corvette from Ramp was solely due to his performance. Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions and congratulation on having such a top notch performer on your team." Respectfully yours, Bob Muir - Sales Engineer _________________________________________________________________________________________ June 19th, 2008 "In a day and age when business can seem like just a cold transaction it is refreshing to come across a company that feels like their customers are important enough to maintain. Ramp Chevrolet has created that atmosphere. Three years ago my husband and I were interested in purchasing a Corvette. It was a big decision for us and we were concerned about finding a dealership that had the best experience in selling and servicing Vettes. We were drawn to Ramp Chevrolet because of their outstanding reputation and the many recommendations we received from other Corvette owners. We are happy to say we have not been disappointed. Not only was the purchase of our vehicle handled in a professional manner but the repairs have been done just the way they should be, no damages, unexpected delays, or over the top charges for items not related to our warrantee. In addition, Ramp Chevy is an hour from our home and since we bought the car we have been bringing it to them exclusively for everything our car has needed, including oil changes. They go out of their way and make every effort to accommodate us knowing the distance we have to travel. We have never met a dealership so intent on making sure their customers are always pleased with their vehicle and the manner in which they are personally treated." Kimmy & Steve Hess

| June 19th, 2008 “I have been a Ramp Chevy customer and proponent for 3 years now. Recently, after numerous installations and 2 years of nervous pontification on my part I decided to drop the hammer and have a set of stainless steel long tube headers installed on my 2002 Firebird Trans am. Without much over exaggeration the experience and resulting installation was a sheer pleasure. My service consultant was always available to answer my endless battery of questions with informed and knowledgeable suggestions. Needless to say the installation went off without a hitch and my car now displays increased performance and sounds incredible. There were no surprises and I was informed of the progress of the installation as it went along. Money definitely well spent. Even though I live far from the dealership I would let no others touch my beloved bird. On a scale of 1-10 Ramp's service and professionalism rates an 11 and my satisfaction grows with every visit.” Andrew Nussbaum _________________________________________________________________________________________ |
June 17, 2008 A CORVETTE ENTHUSIASTS POINT OF VIEW "Both Mr. Rampone (owner of Ramp Corvette) and Bob Galletta (General Sales Manager), fine gentlemen both, each possessing excellent business acumen, should be justifiably proud of the Service Department of Ramp Corvette. I have owned four Corvettes in my lifetime thus far. Not counting the 1969 C3, I have purchased three Corvettes from RAMP over the past 8 years: a 2000 C5, 2003 C5 and most recently a 2008 C6. I should mention, as this is very significant, that I reside in Queens, N.Y. and travel well over 100 miles roundtrip in order to have ALL my Corvette needs and service performed at RAMP CORVETTE. I would not consider going elsewhere, even for a simple oil and oil filter change, a viable option! With these facts in mind, I feel qualified to make some observations and comments regarding the Service Department at Ramp Corvette. I bypass quite a large number of Chevrolet dealers on my way to Ramp Corvette and after researchingvisiting all of them, none of them met my standards or the standards Mr. Rampone has set for the Service Department at Ramp Corvette. Ramp Corvette has the VERY BEST Service Department - no excuses! Nothing in the last eight years has dampened my enthusiasm of the RAMP organization. The Ramp Corvette Service Department is kept running like a fine Swiss watch under the leadership and watchful eyes of Service Manager Fran Lagasi. Ms. Lagasi leads a team of Service Advisors and Technicians/Mechanics who are specially trained and experienced in all matters Corvette. This Service Department works together as a team of dedicated professionals whose common goal is to "Completely Satisfy" that most difficult species of customers known as "Corvette Enthusiasts". As an example, one such person of note is Service Advisor John Consoli. As such, he will gladly guide you through various performance packages and help you choose the Rampage Performance compilation that bests suits your individual needs. John Consoli will show you how you can make your Corvette faster, stop quicker and handle better ! In all my years of interacting with them, the Service Department of Ramp Corvette has never let me down and are always successful in their mission. As if dedication, outstanding knowledge of the Corvette and its myriad complicated systems and being good natured people one and all wasn't enough, they also have two additional attributes that when combined with all of the above makes them downright unbeatable. First, they are also Corvette Enthusiasts and second, Ramp Corvette is a high volume dealership. The benefits of dealing with fellow Corvette Enthusiasts needs no further explanation. However, the positive attributes of buying and having your Corvette serviced at Ramp Corvettes high volume dealership may not be as obvious to some and further explanation may be called for. Most of the Chevrolet dealers I bypass on my 100 plus round trip out to Ramp Corvette sell and service a very limited number of Corvettes in a year, some as low as eight to ten, whereas Ramp Corvette is a high volume dealer and this is a very good thing. Why ? In a word, EXPERIENCE. Common sense dictates that you want the experience that the Service Department of Ramp Corvette offers. The Corvette is a technically advanced sports car that needs to be worked on by highly skilled technicians & mechanics who know this car and all its intricate systems inside and out. Ramp Corvette has this advantage!!!" Sincerely, Steve Soorko, Queens, New York |
